Advertising the position- Kiddie Up’s database reaches more than 250 nannies! Additionally, an external search to ensure as many applicants as possible. Families will only be introduced to screened & vetted candidates.
Step 4.
Schedule Interviews
Through your online profile, you will be able to
schedule virtual or in-person interviews directly
with applicants.
Step 5.
Negotiations & Nanny Service Agreement
After choosing the perfect nanny, Kiddie Up helps facilitate the offer and assists with negotiations. Lastly, the customized Nanny Service Agreement is drafted.
Step 6.
Parents Resources & Placement Fee
After the Nanny Service Agreement is signed, Kiddie Up provides parent resources- everything your nanny needs to know! The remaining placement fee is then due.

Ongoing Support from Kiddie Up Nannies
You might be sick of us, and we want to
encourage the relationship between family and
nanny, but we are here if you need!
